 PARTNERS

Intentional from the start.
The stories, the flavors,
and the people who help

bring it all together.

Every element inside a Sugarbound box comes from someone who creates with care. These are the creatives, craftspeople, and small business owners who bring the circle to life.

CIRCLE PARTNERS · MARCH

The hands behind the box.

Sugarbound partners are collaborators, brought in because their work fits the moment. The story, the theme, the season. Each one is a small business owner whose craft adds something the box could not hold without them.

All Sugarbound partners are Black-owned businesses. That choice was made on purpose, and it matters.

Sugarbound was built around Black stories, Black creativity, and the joy of community. Our partners reflect that same commitment. Every person in this circle was chosen with care, and that care includes who we choose to spotlight, support, and grow alongside.

Detox Art

Brittany Symoné (Bee), Founder · detoxart.co

Brittany Symoné, known as Bee, is a multidisciplinary artist, fashion illustrator, and book designer whose work lives at the intersection of design and emotional restoration. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU), she holds a BFA in Design and began her professional creative career in 2017, building a foundation rooted in visual storytelling, intentional composition, and cultural nuance.

As the founder and creative wellness facilitator behind Detox Art, Bee curates restorative experiences designed specifically for Black and Brown adults in the DMV and virtually. Through creative care practices, guided art sessions, and thoughtfully designed tools, she offers spaces that prioritize calmness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection.

Her work extends beyond aesthetics—it is an invitation to recenter. Whether illustrating, designing books, or leading wellness-centered art experiences, Bee approaches every offering with intention: to create environments where creativity becomes a pathway to clarity, softness, and sustainable well-being.

Contributing to the March circle: Color and Send Postcards, floral and plant-themed cards that echo the imagery of A Love Song for Ricki Wilde.

Values rooted in community, care, and craft.
